Hi there! I’m a former radio copywriter who is also an avid music lover and reviewer, Twitter-obsessive, and writer of both fiction and poetry.

I’m currently spending my days doing my best to kick the arses of psychogenic non-epileptic seizures and depression, and trying to make some good stories out of it.

On this blog, you’ll find a mixture of all of the above across a range of topics, as I stumble through life and all that comes with it. Some of it will be fun, some of it will be attempts at being thoughtful, and some of it will be totally raw. Hopefully, you’ll enjoy reading some or all of it.
